According to the changelog, the update does not include any new features, but the device is now protected with the improved security. Recently both flagship series models have already received the same update in their home country, Korea.

In Europe, the Galaxy S23, S23+, and S23 Ultra are getting it with One UI 7-based build versions S911BXXS8DYF1, S916BXXS8DYF1, and S918BXXS8DYF1, respectively. The update for the S23 series is 464 MB.
