To protect from external threats, Google every month released a security update for its Android system. Google has already released the July 2025 security update for its Pixel devices, and today the Korean tech giant has also started rolling out the July 2025 security update for its Galaxy devices.
As of now, the Galaxy S24 FE and Galaxy A15 4G devices are the first to get the July 2025 security update. The brand-new update for the S24 FE is currently spotted in South Korea. While users of the Galaxy A15 4G are getting it in Brazil.

What’s new in the July 2025 security update?
The July 2025 update includes security fixes for over 39 issues in Galaxy devices. In this update, around 22 patches are from Google, and 17 patches are added by Samsung for its Galaxy devices.
Aside from this update, Samsung has also released many new Galaxy devices, including the Galaxy Z Fold7, Flip7, Galaxy Flip7 FE, Galaxy Watch8 Series, and Watch Ultra. One UI 8 is now official, and the company may release stable One UI 8 for older devices.
