According to the changelog, the update does not bring any new functions; it is mainly focused on security patches. Along with security, the latest firmware also comes with some system optimizations in some scenarios, so you should install these monthly updates when available on your device.
The July 2025 update for the Realme 11 5G comes with the new firmware version RMX3780_15.0.0.1100(EX01), and the software update download size is just 25.58 MB.

The Realme 11 5G is the first Realme device that is receiving the July update. Aside from India, the update should be rolled out in other remaining markets as well. To check the software update on your Realme smartphone, manually navigate to Settings » About Device » tap on the Realme UI banner » Update and Install.
However, the full rollout of the update may take up to a few weeks to reach every model, so if your device is not showing it yet, wait a few hours to a few days; soon it will be available.
Further, the Realme 11 5G was released last year with Android 13-based Realme UI 4, and a few months ago it also received its second major upgrade, the Android 15-based Realme UI 6.
