Samsung has recently teased its Galaxy Z Tri-Fold device at the APEC 2025 summit. Samsung leakers suggested the Tri-Fold model number will be SM-F968, but it seems that that model number was only used internally; the device is now spotted on Bluetooth SIG with the Q7M codename and different model numbers.
- South Korea: SM-D639N
- US: SM-D639U, SM-D639U1
- China: SM-D6390
- Europe/Asia/International: SM-D639B, SM-D639B/DS

These sightings suggest that the new Tri-Fold devices could arrive in almost every major country. Till now only its Korean and Chinese variants were spotted, but these new model numbers indicate that this device will be launched in many regions.
Further, its first look has already appeared, and a couple of specifications, including its thickness, have been released. The new member of the Galaxy Foldable series will be 12 mm to 15 mm thick when folded; on the other hand, it will be 4.2 mm thick when it is unfolded. The device is also rumored to have a 10-inch unfolded display and a 6.5-inch folded display.
Apart from all this, even though Samsung has teased the Tri Fold, its launch date has not been revealed yet. However, looking at these leaks and spots, it seems that Samsung can announce the launch event date of the Samsung Galaxy Tri-Fold anytime.
