Recently the brand updated the Galaxy A06 5G, A17 5G, and Galaxy A34 5G with the latest November 2025 security update. Now the company has started pushing the latest security patches to the Galaxy A36 5G.
According to the Samsung Maintenance Release, the November security update will address over 45 vulnerabilities in Galaxy devices. After the update your Galaxy A36 will be more secure from security threats.
However, this new firmware does not contain new functions for the A36 5G, but it may have stability improvements, so you should install the latest security update as soon as possible to avoid any security issues.
At the time of publishing, the update is only spotted in Korea, which is rolling out with PDA build version A366NKSS3BYK2. Further users have to download around 360 MB of the OTA update file to install it on their Galaxy A36 5G.
This is the second software update for the Galaxy A36 5G after the One UI 8, and users are now waiting to taste the upcoming feature-packed One UI 8.5. As we know, the One UI 8.5 will arrive for older Galaxy models after the release of the Galaxy S26 series. So it may take a few months for the next big update to arrive.
