Samsung has just rolled out new software updates for the Galaxy A14 5G and LTE models. The update adds some new Google functions to the devices.
The first feature that the update brings is Google Circle to Search. As we know, this feature allows users to search for anything from the device screen by circling the area that you want to search in Google. The Circle to Search feature uses Google Lens to find the information about your searched image of the circle or selected screen area.
The second feature allows you to access Google Gemini or other digital assistants directly from your power button by pressing and holding for a short time. Most of the Samsung fans know about the Google Gemini AI assistant.
Changelog
• Circle to Search
Circle to Search with Google lets you easily learn more about anything shown on your screen without switching apps. Just touch and hold the Home button or navigation handle, then circle anything on the screen to start a Google search.
• Press and hold the Side button to access Google Gemini
The Side button is a new way to access Google Gemini or other digital assistant app quickly instead of using the corner swipe. You can change what the Side button does in Settings.
• Security
The device is protected with improved security.
The small, feature-packed update can be identified with One UI 7 build version A145RXXUBDYJ2 for the Galaxy A14 LTE in Europe. On the other hand, the update is being delivered with build versions A146BXXUADYJ2 and A145FXXUBDYJ5 for A14 5G and A14 4G, respectively, in Asian countries.
Along with new functionalities, the update also carries system stability and improvements along with new October 2025 Android security patches to address several security vulnerabilities linked to the device’s system.

This is a great feature for multitaskers. Being able to circle parts of the screen to search without opening a new app will save a lot of time!
