OnePlus 13 and 13s get a feature-packed November 2025 update

OnePlus started expanding the November 2025 update to more devices. The latest flagship, the OnePlus 15, also received this update a few days ago, and today the brand rolled it out to the OnePlus 13 and 13s.

With the OnePlus 13 and OnePlus 13s, users are both getting the November 2025 update with the new OxygenOS build versions CPH2649_16.0.1.304(EX01) and CPH2723_16.0.1.303(EX01), respectively. As of publishing, the new OTA is currently available for Indian units, and it should be expanded to other regions later this week.

The changelog confirms several new features, including a resizable clock when editing with Flux Themes. The update brings new functions to make the Home screen more personalized and unique and several more useful features that you can check in the changelog below.

• When editing certain Flux themes, you can now resize the clock.
• You can now customize widget names, making the Home screen more personalized and unique.
• You can now use automatic straightening when cropping and rotating portrait and architectural images in Photos.
• Improves the virus scanning speed in Phone Manager.
• Improves the “Ring” fingerprint animation on the Lock screen by incorporating a glowing effect for a more aesthetically pleasing appearance.
• Integrates the November 2025 Android security patch to enhance system security.

Network connections

• Adds a new interface for AI LinkBoost Network Engine, where you can view the number of network optimizations, reduction in lag time, and more.
• You can now receive real-time notifications for network acceleration in scenarios with poor network conditions.
• You can now test your network speed and check network status details, such as latency and upload/download speeds.

Moreover, aside from these flagships, the company also secured the latest OnePlus Nord 5 with November 2025 Android security patches. These new security patches bring several security issue fixes to make your device safer.
