OnePlus is now rapidly delivering the latest OxygenOS 16 stable version to its devices. The update has already been delivered to a couple of devices, including OnePlus 13, 13s, 13R, 12, Open, Pad 2, and Pad 3. Following these devices, it is now expanded to three more OnePlus Nord smartphones.
The OxygenOS 16 will be rolled out in batches; firstly, the update will be released for a few users, then gradually rolled out in the coming days. Also, the rollout depends on regions, so if your device has still not received it, wait a few weeks.
OxygenOS versions and availability
The OnePlus Nord 5, Nord 4, and Nord CE 5 are getting this highly awaited update with build versions CPH2707_16.0.1.300(EX01), CPH2661_16.0.1.301(EX01), and CPH2717_16.0.1.300(EX01), respectively. As of publishing, the brand-new OS is rolling out in Indian regions as per the official community post.
As per the early reviews after the software installation, the device is now smoother and working flawlessly compared to its previous version. However, some users are experiencing light overheating, and as usual, the battery is draining slightly fast. However, these are the common issues that always come with new OS upgrades and become solved in the next maintenance updates.
