Some Asian countries’ users of the Galaxy A34 already received the December 2025 update last week, and now the brand has expanded the update to European and Korean units as well.
The December 2025 firmware can be identified with software version A346BXXSCEYL1 for the Galaxy A34 in Europe. Meanwhile, Korean users are receiving it with version A346NKSSBEYK5. This latest software OTA package download size is around 350 MB.
These new December 2025 Android patches enhance system security by fixing more than 60 vulnerabilities in Galaxy devices. The update also brings stability improvements in some scenarios.
Apart from the Galaxy A34, the Galaxy S25 series and the Galaxy Z Fold7 and Flip7 have also received the December security enhancements in Korea. Users should not ignore monthly security updates, as they could fix security loopholes and protect your device from security breaches.
Moreover, the brand yesterday started the One UI 8.5 beta program for the Galaxy S25 series. The Galaxy A34 is eligible for the One UI 8.5, but it will not get the beta program, as it is only limited to flagship Galaxy devices.
The Galaxy A34 received One UI 8 two months ago, and it was its third major upgrade. Now the device will get one more OS upgrade next year. However, it is eligible for maintenance updates till 2028.
