Samsung updated many A series Galaxy devices with the December 2025 update, including the Galaxy A56, A55, and A34, last week. Now the brand started delivering the same update to Galaxy A54.
The update is available in some Asian countries, including Vietnam, for the Galaxy A54, and users can recognize it with software version A546EXXSGEYK7. The download file size of the installation package is 314 MB.
The new update installation is beneficial for your devices; it refreshes the overall system to offer the best performance. Instead of new features, these updates are mainly focused on security improvements.
As usual, the update will not roll out to every model at the same time; it will take a few days to be available on every model. The brand rolled out fresh software in batches, so if any bug or issue appears in it, it will not affect all devices, and after identification and resolution, the new software will resume uploading.
This fresh firmware is rolling out to One UI 8-based Galaxy A54 units, and soon the device will also receive One UI 8.5 features in the coming month following the launch of the Galaxy S26 series. Moreover, the One UI 8.5 beta program is already going for the Galaxy S25 series in the US, Korea, Germany, and the UK.
