The typical capacity of the Galaxy S26 Plus battery will be 4900 mAh, which is the same as its predecessor, the Galaxy S25 Plus. Currently, no information has been revealed about the charging speed of the S26 Plus.

However, as the S26 Ultra is expected to come with 60W fast charging support this time, based on previous leaks, the S26 Plus model may also get some increase in charging speed.

Apart from the battery and charging, several other details about the Galaxy S26 series have already surfaced, including their designs. Recently, prior to these certifications, the arrival of a Galaxy S26 Plus model was confirmed with the battery model number spotted on BIS.

In most of the regions, the Galaxy S26 Plus and base model are expected to launch with the Exynos chipset; meanwhile, in the US, these could arrive with the latest Snapdragon chipset. However, the Ultra model will launch globally with the Snapdragon chipset only.
