OnePlus Nord CE 4 and CE 4 Lite get the stable OxygenOS 16

OnePlus is rolling out a new OS upgrade to the OnePlus Nord CE 4 and Nord CE 4 Lite 5G. The update includes all new OxygenOS 16 features, which is based on Android 16. It also brings the December 2025 Android security patches to solve security issues and enhance its overall security.

The OnePlus Nord CE 4 and CE 4 Lite were both announced in 2024 with Android 14-based OxygenOS 14. Now these smartphones start receiving their second major upgrade in the form of OxygenOS 16.

Owners of the OnePlus Nord CE 4 can identify the stable OxygenOS 16 with the new build version CPH2613_16.0.2.400(EX01). Meanwhile, Nord CE 4 Lite users can verify it with version CPH2619_16.0.1.301(EX01).

Notably, both headsets are currently getting this firmware in the Indian region. However, the update should arrive in the other regions in the coming days.

Alongside the new features and functionalities The OxygenOS 16 brings new parallel processing and a trinity engine, which adds new polished animations, visual enhancements, improved performance, and more.
