Samsung updated its Good Lock Home Up app with the new software version v18.0.00.32. The update is mainly focused on fixes and improvements. It brings a fix for the DIY home screen layout location error; we have already covered that issue previously.
DIY Home Screen is a HomeUp module feature that offers unmatched home screen customizations. However, for a couple of months users were facing an automatic app location issue, especially in foldable Galaxy devices, which is now being fixed.

The update started rolling out and will be available on all the eligible devices and regions in the coming weeks.
Alongside this, the Korean brand is also preparing a major upgrade for the Good Lock suite to improve users’ experience with the One UI 9 upgrade. At this time only the brand-new Galaxy Z8 series foldables have the stable One UI 9, and the Galaxy S26 series is still in the beta program.
Recently the Korean tech giant released One UI 9 beta 5 for the S26, and we are expecting the stable version soon. Many eligible Samsung device owners are waiting for the One UI 9 upgrade, but as of now we can only wait and hope for the official release of One UI 9 as soon as possible.
