Google Play Services and Google Play Store are getting new features and some UI improvements with the December 2025 Google Play update.
Google Play Services updated to the new version, v25.48. For developers of Google and third-party apps, the update unlocks new developer features. It adds some UI theme updates to the Phone and Wear.
