Samsung is actively rolling out a new security update to keep its devices protected from external security threats. These security patches are part of a monthly maintenance update, which also includes system stability improvements.
The December 2025 update contains fixes for more than 68 issues in Galaxy devices, of which 57 are fixes for the Android system and 11 are Galaxy device-specific fixes to make Samsung devices more secure.
Samsung began the December update with the Galaxy A34 5G this month, and as of today, the Korean tech giant has updated over 50 Galaxy devices, including smartphones, foldables, and tablets, with the latest Android security patches.
