Samsung is still testing the One UI 9-based Android 17 update for its eligible older Galaxy devices. As of publishing, the stable One UI 9 is only limited to Galaxy Z Fold 8 devices, and the S26 series is running on the beta program.
A new leak via Sammobile.com reveals the upcoming One UI 9.5 software banner wallpaper. The wallpaper is used in the update menu of the leaked Galaxy S26 FE update screenshot.
This leak did not confirm that the S26 FE will be shipped with One UI 9.5, as the brand often uses some assets ahead of future software updates to existing firmware.
Galaxy S26 key details
As per the reports, the Samsung Galaxy S26 FE is expected to arrive late August or early September. It is expected to come with an Exynos 2500 processor, a 4,900mAh battery, and support for 45W fast charging.
The phone may get all the S26 standard model Galaxy AI features. It will have three storage options, including 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB, and 8GB+512GB. The European pricing of the Galaxy S26 FE was already leaked a few days ago.
