The Galaxy device maker Samsung started delivering the October 2025 security update to the Galaxy S25 FE smartphones. The brand-new firmware is rolling out in the Europe region. Last week the update was released in the Asian region.
The second software update of the Galaxy S25 FE brings October 2025 Android security patches to solve around 34 security issues in the system. Users can identify this brand-new software with build version S731BXXS2AYID.
The latest system update comes in a software package of 309.76 MB. It does not include new functionality but comes with system improvements.
The Galaxy S25 FE was launched with One UI 8 last month, and this is its second monthly security update after launch. This Fan Edition is eligible for monthly security updates till 2032.
Aside from this news, Samsung is to hold the Galaxy XR launch event on October 21 at 10 p.m. ET. Samsung fans are waiting to see how much the new Android XR headset competes with Apple Vision Pro.
