The month of October 2025 is almost over, and before Google Pixel, OnePlus has started releasing the November 2025 Android security patches for the OnePlus Nord 5. This early rollout suggests the importance of the November security patches, which possibly come with fixes for some critical issues for the device.
As Google hasn’t released its November 2025 Android security bulletin yet, we have no information about fixed vulnerabilities. Although except for security, the update may also include system improvements in some scenarios.
According to the official post, the new update for the OnePlus Nord 5 comes with build version CPH2709_15.0.2.603(EX01), and it is currently rolling out in European markets. It will be expanded to other regions soon.
According to the changelog, the brand-new software update does not integrate new features; it only brings November 2025 Android security patches.
It has been 3 months since the Nord 5 was launched, and almost every month the company is giving timely security updates to the device. This month probably it will be the first Android device that has already received the November 2025 update.
