November 2025 Samsung SMR brings bad news for almost 11 Galaxy devices, as they will not get any software updates from this month. All of these devices completed their software support cycle of major and security maintenance updates.
Samsung has ended software support for Galaxy S20 FE, Galaxy S20 FE 5G, Galaxy A52s 5G, Galaxy A03s, Galaxy M52 5G, Galaxy M32 5G, Galaxy M22, Galaxy F42 5G, Galaxy Tab Active3, Galaxy Tab A11, and W22 5G from November 2025.
This is officially confirmed information from the Samsung Security Maintenance Release of November 2025. However, sometimes the company releases a software update after the support ends if the device has critical issues or needs improvement.
Moreover, the November SMR brings fixes for around 45 security vulnerabilities. Soon the Korean tech giant will start the November 2025 Android security patches rollout for the eligible Galaxy devices.
Aside from this news, no doubt, the Korean smartphone brand offers the best software support in the smartphone industry, as they increased their software update policy to 7 years of major and 7 years of security support for their flagship and premium midrange devices.
