Samsung has one of the most appreciated software supports; the company regularly updates its policy according to the requirement. For instance, last year it introduced a seven-year software policy for its flagship devices and also brought the six-year software policy for the midrange devices. Now, it is spotted that some of the midrange devices are getting one more year of software updates.
Galaxy Tab A11 and Galaxy A56 get 7 years software support?
A recent report spots that Samsung has quietly extended the software support for seven years for the three Galaxy devices, including the Galaxy A56 and Galaxy Tab A11 series. It was found on the product listing page.
The product listing suggests that the Galaxy A56 is eligible to get the software support until March 2032. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Tab A11 is listed to get software support till Sep/Nov 2032.

It is worth noticing that these devices are already eligible to get software updates for six years, where they will get six major OS updates and a number of security patch updates. But now, according to the listing, the company will give one more year of software support for the device limited to the security patches.
It is worth noticing that the product listing page has been there since the launch, which means the company already decided on the policy. If it is not related to any glitch, then this could also apply to other devices that fall in the same price ranges.
