Following dozens of Galaxy devices, including the Galaxy S23 series, the One UI 8.5 beta program has now reached the Galaxy S23 FE. Today, along with this handset, the Korean tech giant also announced the beta update for the Galaxy A35, A55, Fold5, and Flip5 too.
As of publishing, the Galaxy S23 FE is receiving the One UI 8.5 beta in India and is expected to arrive in eligible countries soon. Users are getting the update with One UI build version S711BXXUEZZD5.
The update package size is approx. 3.6GB, and it also contains the latest April 2026 security patches. Interested users can now join this beta test program to experience the upcoming software ahead of its official version.
However, users should keep in mind this early beta comes with many bugs and issues, so you must install it on secondary devices. Also make a backup of your important data.
How to download One UI 8.5 beta
Users will need to install the Samsung Members app and log in to their account. Now open the app and tap on the Beta program banner. Complete the on-screen instruction to apply for beta participation. After a successful submission, users will get an OTA update of the beta software; just download and install it.
Moreover, Samsung released the One UI 8.5 beta for the Galaxy S23, S23 Plus, and S23 Ultra last week, and today the Galaxy S23 FE also joins the party.
