Samsung has released the One UI 8.5 stable update for the Galaxy A16, Galaxy A17, and Galaxy A26 units. Following several betas for selected devices, the Korean tech giant has pushed the stable version to the eligible models.
The stable One UI 8.5 for the Galaxy A16 5G is currently spotted in some Asian countries, including Malaysia. Users can identify the update with build version A166PXXU7DZE2. They should be available in other regions in coming days.
Galaxy A17 units are getting the brand-new features packed in the One UI 8.5 stable update in Vietnam with build version A176BXXU5CZE9.
For the Galaxy A26, One UI 8.5 is coming with build version A266MUBU9CZEA, and currently it is spotted in Malaysia.
The OTA update is coming in around 3GB of software packages for these midrange smartphones. One UI 8.5 is not a major upgrade, but still it carries many new functionalities along with some UI tweaks. However, these devices will not get complete features of the flagship devices like the Galaxy S26 series.
